Let me share with you the Xinghai Concert Hall for listening to music in my hometown, which is also one of my favourite spots to chill out.
Many people, together with their family and friends would like to listen to ochestra music/classical music the nights before some particular festivals or other important occasions, such as the New Year Celebration,etc.
There are also music from Joe Hisaishi, who's created music for the famous Japanese cartoons by Hayao Miyazaki. The music is usually played by the well-known local bands or others that sometimes have music tours in our city. Such music attracts many young adults, especially those big fans of Miyazaki's cartoons.
Since the concert hall is next to the Pearl River and the Art Museum, people get there not simply for listening to music, but also going for a walk/ walking their dogs near by as well as appreciating some paintings in the art gallery.
Personally, this concert hall is impressive to me not simply because I can appreciate music and songs, but also due to the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
